The CCO FleetWide card offers two different management options for your fuel cards.

Single Card
Normally used for small fleets who mainly want the convenience of fuel cards with minimal controls. We will make a single card per vehicle or driver with an assigned Driver ID (PIN) that will activate the card.  We can set limits on gallons, products, time of day, custom 5 digit Driver ID numbers, and have the option of exception reports, e-receipts and online account information.
 
Vehicle Card with Floating Driver ID
Used for companies that want to know who filled what vehicle when and where.  CCO will issue a card for each vehicle. Each vehicle card will be encoded with a vehicle number along with the gallon and product limits.  Each driver will be assigned a ‘Floating Driver ID’ (PIN) that will activate any/all of the vehicle cards.  Each driver will have a specific virtual card assigned to them; they will not carry a piece of plastic.  The time of day restrictions, exception reports and E-receipts will be associated with the driver’s virtual card.  Your detailed invoice will be sorted by vehicle with information on product purchased, quantity, time, date and location of each transaction.  Each transaction will also indicate which driver fueled the vehicle by showing the virtual card number assigned to the driver.
 
Exception Reports
An exception report will be sent to your email address in the unlikely event that fuel is bought outside the parameters set up within your card.  This will happen if communication lines might fail or a station does not have current software to support all the controls set in the card.
 
E-Receipts
An E-Receipt will be sent to your inbox immediately when the transaction is completed.  No more headaches or excuses about printed receipts being lost or unavailable.
 
Driver ID
The Driver ID must to be 5 digits and cannot start with ‘zero’.  You cannot have the same Driver ID numbers for two different drivers on the same account.

Account information is available online 24/7 from anywhere in the world via the web.  Check the box on the worksheet and we will set up this access for you.
