Accounting and Customer Support

Overview

Our department performs general accounting responsibilities including billing, accounts receivable/payable, credit analysis, payroll processing and tax reporting. We also provide support to our customers regarding their account. We work closely with all departments to ensure timely and accurate information is being processed and reported to our team and to our customers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • General accounting knowledge/background
  • Detail oriented and ability to manage time and due dates
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team and with customers
  • Experience with accounting/billing software
  • Microsoft products, spreadsheets
  • General understanding of basic IT knowledge
